who am i?
A passionate, dedicated, hard working, quick learning and a multiple award nominated level & narrative designer from Finland. I graduated as a game designer in August 2023 from FutureGames Boden where I have honed my skills further. I was self taught before coming to FutureGames where I became more proficient with the likes of Unreal, Unity, C#, visual scripting and so much more.
During my studies, I have been the lead level designer on multiple titles. The one that stands out is MOVR. It was nominated for GOTY and Best Design at the Swedish Game Awards in 2022. During that year, I also had the oppertunity to give my game design insight for STEAM, which was co-funded by the European Union. Additionally, during my time as an intern at HypeHype, I created a platforming game for Assembly Summer 2023 which is Finland´s biggest gaming festival that has garnered over 23 thousand players.
When I am not making games, I am playing them. I started playing on the PS1 and have played every console since then. I like to play anything from first person, third person, horror, sports, driving, adventure, and puzzle games just to name a few.
I recently took courses in programming to gain more knowledge and creating assets in Blender. Teamwork and leading are a vital part of who I am, and I want everyone to succeed. I am always willing to help others as much as accepting it myself. I flurish in level/world design, narrative design and/or as a writer, but I also see myself as a jack of all trades, feeling comfortable with anything I set my mind to.
